A Bay Area-based client in the trucking and logistics industry needed a modern platform to run high-volume recruiting campaigns on social media. Traditional job boards weren’t delivering fast or qualified results, and existing tools lacked the ability to build employer brand or manage applications efficiently at scale.

The client’s goal was to create a streamlined system for trucking companies to source, engage, and hire drivers by leveraging the reach and targeting power of social platforms.

In collaboration with the client’s product and marketing teams, we explored the unique hiring workflows in logistics. We discovered that:

• Companies needed a simple way to create branded job campaigns
• Many applicants applied from mobile, requiring lightweight, responsive flows
• Recruiters wanted to manage multiple jobs and applications from one place
• The system needed to support quick deployment of campaign pages to align with active hiring sprints

These insights shaped a focused, scalable platform that bridges social media marketing with recruitment operations.

We partnered with the client to build Function, a purpose-built recruiting platform for the trucking industry. The application empowers companies to:

• Create and publish job posts
• Drive traffic from social media campaigns
• Manage applications in real-time
